D. Kim Cassity, D.M.D.
Periodontist
Dr. Cassity is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology. He recieved his education at Southern Illinois University and St. Louis University. Dr. Cassity has been practicing in the Ogden area since 2001 and Kaysville since 2009. Dr. Cassity and his team are committed to providing progressive periodontal and dental implant treatment for their valued patients. Dr. Cassity enjoys spending time with his wife and four children. They enjoy fishing, boating and traveling.

Nina
Dental Assistant
Nina is a lead dental assistant and she truly enjoys her job! Her responsibilities include greeting new patients, assisting the doctor in all surgical procedures, helping with sterilization, and answering phones.
Nina graduated from Clark County Skill Center Dental Assisting Program in 2003. She then graduated from BYU-Idaho in 2007 with an Associated Degree in General Studies/Science.
Pursuing further education is important to Nina, but for now she is enjoying spending time with her husband and son. She likes hiking, camping, making blankets, scrap-booking, and painting. |

Shera
Implant Coordinator
Shera has been a member of Dr. Cassity?s team since 2001. Shera enjoys her role in the office as the dental implant coordinator. She assists Dr. Cassity during the initial dental implant consultations with patients, and ensures that treatment between patients? primary care doctors and our office is coordinated as seamlessly as possible. She is well trained in the clinical aspects of Periodontics and implant dentistry.
Shera enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children. She enjoys camping and traveling with her family and supporting her children in their many activities.

Financial Coordinator
Cindy is the financial coordinator for the South Ogden office. She files all insurance claims and presents tailored treatment plans to the patients.
She has worked for Dr. Cassity since 2003. She is happily married with 3 cats.

Dental Assistant
Flora is a full time dental assistant at the Kaysville office. She loves working in the dental field. In her spare time she enjoys running, outdoor adventures, and spending time with her family.

Surgical Assistant
Jan is Dr. Cassity?s chairside assistant. She has worked for Dr. Cassity since 2001 and has been in the dental field for 30 years. She has lived in Ogden most of her life. She has 2 sons and 5 grandchildren. Her interests include skiing, hiking, biking, and spending time with her family.

Office Manager
Nichole has been the office manager since 2001. She works at the Kaysville and South Ogden offices.
She enjoys spending time with her husband and children. She also enjoys snowmobiling and traveling.

Dental Hygienist
Janine graduated with her bachelor?s degree in dental hygiene from Weber State and has been working in a periodontal office for over 25 years. She was born and raised in Washington State, she is married and has 2 children-a son and a daughter. Her life stays busy keeping up with her family and all their activities.

Barbara has worked in the dental field for 28 years. She has been a part of Dr. Cassity?s team for 5 years. She enjoys working but her greatest joys are her 2 grandchildren.
